Party!

What has been so special about the past couple weeks?

Approximately one year ago, the Picked Pockets started on their journey to where they are today. Be it good or bad, right or wrong, the Picked Pockets began their radio-performance routine about a year ago. The vast amount of not only successfully recorded but successfully progressive music is available and highly listenable. Perhaps listening to it after the fact is one of the favorite interests for both the band members and the fans. Perhaps not. It's a highly debatable subject. Highly controversial.

In any case, regardless of whether we've made any impact on the world or not, regardless of whether or not we've had any increase in a fan base (other than our own), and regardless of whether the changes this group of thievous musicians has experienced, it's good to see that when the name "the Picked Pockets" arises, it is vividly and effectively meaningful as it was when we first started using it on a regular basis.

The Picked Pockets have been a learning experience for its members. We'll continue to perform and record and release. And we'll continue to provide for those around us, as those around us provide for us.

Peace and thanks.
